The OGR^® Series has been specially designed for commercial kitchen emission systems, to efficiently decompose oil and grease and other chemical contaminants, as well as unpleasant odors during the cooking process.

Technology

BioZone’s OGR^® device operates using two simultaneous actions:
Grease molecules are directly broken down by the photons generated by the OGR^®. Meanwhile, PhotoPlasma^™, which is carried with the airflow through the exhaust duct, continuously decomposes the air pollutants and odour, converting them into harmless end-products.
